AutoLotManager is the culmination of 30 years of teamwork between "Internet Gurus" and "Car Guys.” Based in Ohio, AutoLotManager currently employs over 25 office and field staff, supporting our effort to help auto dealers market vehicles more efficiently. The owners have an extensive background in Internet development and the automotive retail industry.
Our main concentration is Internet Marketing through Inventory Management, Websites and Marketing Tools. We provide a "Do-It-Yourself" solution for entering data and photos of inventory for dispersal to third party websites (such as Autotrader.com, Cars.com, dealer websites, Manufacturer websites, and others) as well as Window Stickers and Buyers Guides. We also provide "On-The-Lot" service for certain geographical areas.
Moreover, we design and develop new and used vehicle inventory templates (to display inventory on existing sites) or complete dealer websites, including "Micro Sites"for specific marketing campaigns (events, niche products, unique ideas, etc.).

In addition to affordability, superior service has been emphasized from the beginning.
Proper training and supervision are the cornerstones of that emphasis. All of our Field Technicians are screened for computer competencies, rigorously trained before beginning fieldwork as assistants and then finally work independently. Our Field Technician's Manual provides step-by-step instructions for every aspect of the job. Territory Managers supervise Field Techs nightly, reviewing every photo and warranty added that day! Additionally, Field Techs are awarded monthly bonuses based on accuracy and customer service. Office staff review data feeds nightly to ensure proper display on third party websites, again, for every vehicle added that day. Dealer clients are surveyed quarterly for satisfaction and improvement ideas. Dealers also receive complete User Guides and face-to-face training (certain geographic restrictions apply) on all aspects of AutoLotManager.com.
Lastly, our entire team, office, field, technical, and management, understands the urgency of today's challenges for our clients and we respond accordingly.
